Florida men, teen arrested on charges of swindling the elderly

The Polk County, Florida Sheriff’s Office has arrested a traveling trio accused of swindling elderly people with unsolicited work in Winter Haven. Anthony Ray Barfield, 57, Eric Barfield, 16, and Christoper Koy Kiker, 42, were arrested Tuesday and face charges of home solicitation without a permit and failure to secure workers’ comp insurance.
